Weddings are confirmed only through a signed contract and a deposit. Couples usually book their events 6–9 months in advance; therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us in a timely manner so we can immediately check our availability.
The maximum delivery time is 180 days. However, the earlier in the year the event takes place, the sooner the final product is typically delivered.
Over the years, we’ve chosen not to treat drone coverage as an add-on service, so it’s already included in all our packages at no extra cost. However, its use remains at our discretion and will only be incorporated when it genuinely enhances the story. Please keep in mind that drone flights are prohibited in certain areas, which may limit where and when we can fly.
If you wish to choose the soundtrack, please let us know at least one month before the event.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for selecting a copyright-free song. The music we use is carefully sourced from licensed platforms, ensuring that all usage rights are fully covered for your final film.
Payment is completed via bank transfer and is divided into two installments:
- 30% upon signing the contract;
- 70% within 5 days after the event.
The final videos are delivered digitally, via a link to an online drive. However, for an additional cost, you can request a USB box where you can keep a physical copy of your videos.
Yes. For the wedding film/video, you are entitled to five revisions. These adjustments can only include the replacement of a shot. Anything beyond this is considered an additional revision and will be charged €10 per change.
It is essential that you let us know from the beginning if you have a specific vision for your film, or if you prefer to trust our creative direction.
We would like to emphasize that, for reasons of quality and coherence, we do not provide raw footage. Our clips are uncolored and very short, making them difficult to understand on their own. Therefore, we focus on the professional processing and editing of these materials in order to deliver a flawless final product that authentically and beautifully reflects the special moments of your event.

The full-length film is designed to capture the entire event experience in a compelling and authentic way. Its structure can be either linear or non-chronological, depending on the dynamics and flow of the day itself.
In a linear structure, the film begins with the memorable moments of the getting ready, capturing the emotions and excitement behind the scenes. It then continues with the most important and emotional moments of the ceremony, arranged carefully to convey the authenticity and depth of the moment.
The introduction of the festive atmosphere at the reception is crafted with attention, capturing the energy and joy present in the room. Throughout the party, the film blends moments of intensity and fun with short recaps from various stages of the event, offering a complete and well-balanced overview of the entire experience.
Each aspect of the film is managed with care to avoid monotony and to ensure an enjoyable and engaging viewing experience. In this way, the film becomes a vivid, accessible memory that everyone involved can revisit and cherish whenever they wish.
